How do you ensure the quality of the responses?

All experts in our network hold PhD or MD degrees and are actively engaged in research. Each response undergoes peer review by multiple experts in the field, ensuring consensus and accuracy. We follow rigorous academic standards similar to journal peer review processes.

Can I communicate directly with the experts?

For privacy and objectivity, direct communication isn’t available. However, we facilitate clarification requests through our platform. If follow-up questions arise after receiving your report, we can arrange additional expert input for a nominal fee

How quickly will I receive my report?

Initial review and validation happens within 24 hours. If approved for full consensus, expert matching takes 2-3 days, and the complete consensus report is delivered within 5-7 business days. Urgent requests may be accommodated for an additional fee.

What types of questions can you help with?

We handle complex scientific questions across medicine, biology, chemistry, physics, and related fields. Questions should require expert-level knowledge and benefit from multiple perspectives. We don’t handle basic educational questions that can be answered through standard resources.
