Receiving your question
After we receive your question and submission fee, we conduct an initial review to confirm that the query is clearly formulated, appropriate for expert evaluation, and ready to be processed.
Finding the experts
We then contact qualified researchers whose scientific background aligns with your topic. These experts, drawn from academia and related fields, are selected based on relevant peer-reviewed publications. Their identities will remain confidential throughout the process.
What if we cannot find experts?
If no suitable expert can be identified within two weeks, you will be offered the option to request a full refund of your submission fee.
